Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a solid breakfast that featured an omelet station and fresh fruit selections, along with easy access to the downtown area that's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

The dining scene around this spot was a flavor blast! We found Cuvee Bistro just a hop away, serving up some scrumptious dishes that would make any foodie swoon. Plus, the buffet breakfast was decent enough to fuel our culinary explorations. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the suite, adding a pinch of comfort to our stay.
Now, about that room—had a leaky toilet and HVAC that seemed to have attitude issues, stubbornly staying at 74 degrees. Yet, even with these quirks, the location had its charm and the fun vibes of New Orleans kept us smiling.

Exceptional staff, minor hiccups
The staff went above and beyond, making me feel at home. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a made-to-order omelette station. it was delicious! Unique decor added character.
The Wi-Fi was spotty in our room, making it hard to stay connected. A couple of amenities were lacking, such as additional toiletries upon request. A slight inconvenience but manageable.

The hotel really made my stay in New Orleans fun, especially with the amazing breakfast and the lively evening cocktails, just what I needed after a day of exploring! my stay was enhanced by enjoying delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order and being just a short stroll away from the national WWII museum and cafe du monde for the best beignets in the city. It was only a few steps to the children's museum which was perfect for family visits. however, the customer service could improve as the staff seemed overwhelmed at times.

Families should find a different place to stay
The breakfast was pretty standard but I got a good omelette that was actually decent for hotel food. Also the staff handling the breakfast area were friendly and made sure everything was stocked up properly, which is more than I can say for other parts of the hotel.
This place wasn't exactly cheap but it was still barely passable.
